Circular forms, both figurative and abstract are a recurring theme.
This is a 2010 version of "Whirlpool."
The first bronze on this theme was cast with Alan Crawford at the University of Sydney's tin shed in 1979.
The motif was revisited in 1992 in a series of five, for the Dante exhibition in Ravenna, Italy.
This is the first new "Whirlpool" since then, and it was so enjoyable to do that an even larger version is being started.
